This week in Sunday’s newsletter, we talked about attention and slowing the mind. I have some exercises and readings to explore this topic. Before getting started, it is useful to ask a few questions:
What is the current state of my attentional health?
When do I lose myself in something?
What activities are the hardest to stay focused on?
What benefit can I imagine if I strengthen my attention skills? (creative? mental health? relationships?)
