As spring arrives, I feel like those cows in cold climes who get let out after a long winter and run and kick around the field.

Here, the windows are open, seedlings are thriving in trays under grow lights, garlic and tulip bulbs have emerged from the ground, and I want to do fun things! Like art, cleaning, painting rooms, and gardening. I am ready for lemonade and sitting outside.

April is National Poetry Month. Below are ideas to play with and incorporate words into your daily life this month. I invite you to sit for a moment and choose one action to make into a practice this April. And please share!
