Hello! I try to send these out by 5 am ET, so I apologize for the tardiness. I am still spinning plates after my impromptu trip.

Today, I want to return to a practice I offered a few times in Book About Me, which is to make a timeline of your day. Just an ordinary day. Start in the morning, so maybe tomorrow?

  • Write the time and what you are doing every time you change activities.

The final project can be nothing more than a handwritten log on a legal pad. Or you can take pictures and make a simple digital artifact (Canva is great for this). An analog version could be taped together index cards to make an accordion book where you draw a line through the whole thing and tag your activities.
